Before you register

Good to know before you register

Here you’ll find answers about placement, the pace of learning, exam preparation and registering with a visa.

  • We find the right level for you

If you already speak some German, a placement test helps us choose the right course for you. Come and see us in person, or take a free online test and send us your result. Here at the school we take a closer look and find the right course together.

  • How long a level takes

In the intensive course, with 20 lessons a week, a complete level takes 8 weeks. In the evening course, with 4 lessons a week, you complete half a level in around 3.5 months, which is about 1.5 levels a year.

  • Exam preparation

We recommend a preparation course that trains every skill and exam format in a targeted way.
